System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we are looking to expand our sales team with motivated, outgoing Outside Sales Consultants! In this position, you will meet with homeowners to discuss their outdoor living needs. Make initial contact with clients via company generated appointments and build rapport.Accurately uncover and assess customers' needs and vision for their outdoor space.Measure outdoor spaces and design personalized solutions.Maintain a homeowner-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction.Work closely with the construction department to provide a seamless customer experience.Utilize company technology platforms for designing projects, submitting contracts, etc.Generate leads in your personal pipeline in tandem with the company leads.Experience & Skills: About Us As an Outside Sales Consultant at System Pavers, you will see visible results of your work and everything you do will make a difference to the success of our entire company.
