Outside Sales Rep (100% Commission)

In this role, you will work directly with local restaurants offering free menu redesigns and printing, while securing paid advertising placements from local businesses. Key Responsibilities • Walking into local restaurants and businesses • Offer A & A Advertising’s menu redesigns and print solutions to restaraunts • Securing restaurant partnerships and then explaining the benefits of advertising in restaurants to local business's • Maximize restaurant partnerships • Maximize advertiser partnerships • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants and advertisers • Track all outreach, leads, and deals • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals • Maintain a professional image as a representative of A & A Advertising Preferred (But Not Required) • Background in: • Sales • Advertising • Marketing • Restaurant industry • Print or media sales • Experience working with local business owners This role is for someone who: • Is hungry to make money • Is confident talking to business owners • Is disciplined and coachable • Wants growth, not just a job • Thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment • Wants to create their own schedule • Are you a self-motivated, reliable, and a highly driven individual?
