We're looking for an Outside Sales Consultant to join our team in Fayetteville, serving businesses throughout Northwest Arkansas (NWA). In this role, you'll help local companies grow by connecting them with digital marketing solutions, including websites, SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising.

Identify and connect with businesses throughout Northwest Arkansas that can benefit from our digital marketing services.Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and community involvement.Meet with business owners to understand their goals, challenges, and competitive landscape.Recommend customized digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate activity in HubSpot CRM.Consistently achieve sales goals while contributing to a collaborative team environment.What We're Looking For

2+ years of sales experience (outside sales preferred but not required).Confidence in prospecting and building relationships with new clients.Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.Comfortable using technology and learning new software platforms.Self-motivated, organized, and driven to grow professionally.Compensation & Benefits
