This is a field-based role focused on face-to-face conversations with business owners. Performance is measured by locations installed and recurring ad revenue generated. Key Responsibilities • Secure new TV locations for indoor digital billboards • Sell recurring advertising and marketing packages to local businesses • Conduct in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers • Manage a consistent pipeline of locations and advertisers • Follow a structured weekly schedule focused on execution • Track activity, installs, and sales accurately • Represent the company professionally in the local community Qualifications • Comfortable with in-person, outside sales and cold walk-ins • Experience in B2B, outside sales, media, or advertising preferred • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining high activity levels • Reliable transportation and local to the hiring city • Full-time availability (Monday–Friday) Pay: $25,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
