Outside Sales Representative (Direct Mail Advertising)

Grande Websites is seeking motivated and driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will help local businesses grow by introducing them to our high-impact 9x12 direct mail advertising campaigns.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with business owners, identifying advertising opportunities, and helping companies promote their services through targeted postcard marketing campaigns.

This is a commission-based sales opportunity with unlimited earning potential. Representatives earn commissions for every advertising space sold, plus additional bonuses for completing postcard campaigns. Top performers have the opportunity to build recurring income through client renewals.

Responsibilities

Prospect and connect with local business owners to introduce direct mail advertising opportunities
Build relationships with businesses and understand their marketing needs
Present advertising solutions and explain the value of postcard campaigns
Sell advertising spaces on 9x12 direct mail postcards
Manage your assigned territory and develop new client relationships
Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing advertisers
Track sales activity and customer information
Achieve monthly sales goals and qualify for performance-based bonuses

Compensation

Requirements
