What we need is a dedicated executor who can own the day-to-day so Lola’s retention engine can scale.Core Responsibilities Campaign & Flow ExecutionBuild, QA, and deploy email and SMS campaigns on a regular cadence across Klaviyo and PostscriptManage campaign workflows and coordinate with the creative team in Click UpSet up and monitor A/B test variants across campaignsMonitor owned channel KPIs dailyTrack and maintain deliverability health across email and SMSSurface optimization opportunities and performance trends to the Senior Retention ManagerRetention & Lifecycle SupportSupport loyalty, direct mail, and lifecycle initiatives as the retention program expandsContribute to persona-based personalization and journey-led segmentation effortsProvide execution support for multi‑channel retention campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, and in‑app pushQualifications2-3 years of experience in email or SMS marketing, preferably in DTC or e-commerceHands‑on experience with Klaviyo / Postscript or a comparable ESP/SMS platformStrong attention to detail — you catch mistakes before they go out the doorComfortable working in a fast‑moving, test‑and‑learn environmentOrganized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFamiliarity with A/B testing concepts and segmentation best practicesWhat We Offer Competitive base salary and annual bonus based on company and individual performance21 days paid vacation + all federal holidays16 weeks paid birth parent leave; 8 weeks non‑birth parent leave55% off Lola Blankets for friends and familyOpportunities for career growth within Lola BlanketsWhy Join Us?Lola Blankets is at an inflection point — the audience is built, the data is rich, and the retention engine is ready to scale.
