Come join P2 Science, Home - P2 Science Inc. | The New Green Chemistry Company Working closely with the CEO and co-founder/CSO, this leader will own P2’s marketing and communications strategy, lead our formulation and applications team, and serve as a key architect of our go-to-market approach, from ingredient branding and positioning to new product introductions and market expansion across personal care, aroma technologies, household products, performance materials, and crop care. Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth, aligned with P2’s mission and commercial objectives.Stay at the forefront of industry trends, particularly in personal care/beauty and aroma technologies, and translate these into actionable innovation and go-to-market strategies.Lead company-wide marketing and communications, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging across all industries and stakeholder groups.Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute marketing initiatives effectively. Own go-to-market strategy and execution for both existing markets (personal care/beauty, aroma) and new verticals including household products, performance materials, and crop care.Lead ingredient branding, marketing, positioning, and pricing strategy to differentiate P2’s portfolio and accelerate adoption.Utilize market insights to identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, providing strategic input to commercial and product development priorities.Partner with the sales team and leadership to support pipeline development, customer acquisition, and strategic account growth. In-depth understanding of the personal care/beauty industry, including trends, consumer dynamics, and ingredient technologies; knowledge of aroma, household, performance materials or crop care markets a plus.Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally in a specialty chemicals, ingredients, or related B2B environment.Track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive measurable commercial impact.Experience with ingredient or product branding, positioning, and pricing in a technical or science-driven business.Familiarity with formulation or application development environments; ability to bridge science and market storytelling.Strong leadership and people management skills, ability to attract, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, technical teams, partners, and executives.Strategic thinker with the ability to operate hands-on and move quickly in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Genuine passion for sustainability and alignment with P2’s mission, vision, and values.
