Paid Ad Specialist

MyFundedFutures is a fast-growing fintech and proprietary trading firm that helps traders unlock capital and scale their performance through structured funding programs. The Role We are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist who can manage and scale high-performing ad campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and more. This role requires a data-driven marketer with strong creative instincts, deep platform knowledge, and a proven track record of acquiring users profitably in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Search, YouTube, TikTok, and other ad platforms • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and daily performance monitoring • Collaborate with creative team on ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that convert • Implement A/B tests to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, ad manager dashboards, and in-house data • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and strategic insights • Stay ahead of platform changes, trends, and algorithm updates Requirements • 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally in a direct-to-consumer or high-volume e-commerce environment • Proven ability to manage six-figure monthly budgets with strong ROAS • Expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok Ads • Deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and conversion funnels • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw actionable insights from data • Experience with creative testing and user acquisition funnels • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced startup environment Bonus Points • Experience working in fintech, trading, or financial services • Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer performance campaigns • Skills in landing page optimization and CRO What We Offer • Competitive salary and performance-based bonus structure • Full-time remote flexibility • Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling fintech company • Collaborative team, flat structure, and high-impact work • Health insurance, 401(k) match, and PTO (based on eligibility and location)
