Paid Ad Specialist

This is a fully in-person role for someone who knows how to launch campaigns, analyze data, and optimize performance to drive revenue growth. This position offers a base salary plus revenue share, lucrative performance incentives, and strong growth opportunities, including the ability to eventually help lead and build out the marketing department. You will take ownership of paid acquisition efforts, with a primary focus on Meta Ads and direct impact on lead generation and revenue.
