Job Description: GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join our team. This role involves strategizing, implementing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across various platforms, including Search, Display, and YouTube. • Build, optimize, and load paid search ad campaigns • Perform targeted keyword research, including brand and non-brand keywords • Conduct keyword analysis and implement optimizations • In-platform optimization according to client directives • Templated reporting and dashboarding • Launch new Google and Bing campaigns • Monitor analytics and adjust campaign settings according to client direction • Manage administrative and data entry tasks, including Google Tags and UTM setup • Provide regular reporting and dashboarding on campaign performance • Execute validation and optimization testing according to client directives Requirements: • 2+ years of experience with Google paid search • 1+ years of experience with Google Ads Manager/Editor • Knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Google Tag Manager • Basic knowledge of Paid Google/text-based search • Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets experience • Experience running YouTube ads and launching/optimizing video ads
