Paid Search Specialist Role at Growth Assistant We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join our team. This role involves strategizing, implementing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across various platforms including Search, Display, and YouTube. Key Responsibilities: • Build, optimize and load paid search ad campaigns • Conduct targeted keyword research (brand and non-brand) • Perform keyword analysis • Optimize in-platform performance per client's directives • Create templated reporting and dashboarding • Launch new Google and Bing campaigns • Monitor analytics and adjust according to client direction/parameters • Manage administrative/data entry touchpoints (Google Tags, UTM setup etc.) Requirements: • 2+ years of experience with Google paid search • 1+ years of experience with Google Ads Manager/Editor • Knowledge of Google Ads (Google Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Google Tag Manager) • Baseline knowledge of Paid Google/text-based search • Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets experience • Experience running YouTube ads; launching/optimizing video ads (YouTube) • Search ad copy optimization • Launching/optimizing Display ads
