What You'll Own • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) • Google Ads (Search + YouTube) • TikTok Ads • Retargeting systems • Lead funnel strategy and optimisation • Landing page conversion improvements • CRM integration (Arketa or alternative) • Show-up rate optimisation • Creative testing strategy • Weekly KPI reporting This Role Is NOT For • Ecommerce-only ad buyers • Generalist agencies without gym case studies • People who only "launch campaigns" but don't understand funnels You MUST Have • Proven experience scaling gyms or boutique fitness studios Clear case studies with: • Monthly budget managed • Cost per lead (CPL) • Cost per booked consultation • Cost per acquisition (CAC) • Revenue impact • Experience managing $10k–$50k+ monthly ad budgets • Strong understanding of local gym acquisition • Experience working with fitness CRMs (Arketa, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.) • Deep understanding of offer structuring (6-week challenges, trials, intro offers) Bonus If You Understand • High-ticket coaching models • SMS + email automation flows • Sales pipeline optimisation • LTV and churn metrics • Scaling from one location to multiple Success Metrics
