Job Summary

The Paid Ads Analyst executes, monitors, and optimizes paid advertising campaigns for home services clients across Google, Bing, and other paid platforms. This role is performance driven and data focused. It is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, improving results, and turning insights into action.

Job Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across search, display, and social platforms.

• Daily Monitoring: Check pacing and performance daily to keep campaigns on track against KPIs.

• Optimization: Continuously tune targeting, budgets, bids, and creative to lower cost per lead and improve ROI.

• Testing: Run structured tests on audiences, keywords, creative, and landing pages.

• Reporting: Track spend, CPL, conversions, and ROI, and prepare clear reports for internal teams and clients.

• Risk Flagging: Spot underperformance early and recommend corrective actions.

• Budget Management: Manage client budgets accurately and support forecasting and pacing to avoid over or under spending.

• Collaboration: Work with paid ads leadership and Client Strategy Managers to execute strategy aligned to client goals.

• Stay Updated: Keep pace with platform updates, policy changes, and best practices, and keep accounts clean and documented.

Job Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.

• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid platforms.

• Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Experience managing budgets and optimizing toward performance metrics.

• Strong attention to detail and organization across multiple accounts.

• Comfortable in Google Sheets and dashboards for reporting and analysis.

• Clear communicator who collaborates well with cross-functional teams.

• Bonus: experience in home services, local lead generation, or an agency environment.
