About the Role Ramp is looking for a fast-moving, ideas-driven contractor to create high-performing image and video assets for our paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more. We want someone who not only has design experience but also a B2B marketer's brain — someone who understands how to translate complex value propositions into thumb-stopping creative. Our most successful ads balance clean, premium visuals with smart, business-focused messaging — and we want you to help us produce more of them, fast. What We're Looking For: • Produce 2–3 new high-quality ad creatives per week (static, GIF, and short-form video formats) • Ideate and execute around using creative to reach our ICP • Help brainstorm creative concepts that stand out in competitive feeds • Adapt ideas across multiple platforms and aspect ratios (1:1, 9:16, 16:9) • Bring a polished, modern, and on-brand visual style to every asset • Incorporate data and feedback from past campaign performance into new iterations
