Job Overview: We're looking for a fast-moving, ideas-driven contractor to create high-performing image and video assets for our paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more. The ideal candidate will have design experience, but also a B2B marketer's brain – someone who understands how to translate complex value propositions into thumb-stopping creative. We want someone who can balance clean, premium visuals with smart, business-focused messaging and produce 2–3 new high-quality ad creatives per week (static, GIF, and short-form video formats). • Ideate and execute around using creative to reach our ICP • Help brainstorm creative concepts that stand out in competitive feeds • Adapt ideas across multiple platforms and aspect ratios (1:1, 9:16, 16:9)
