Paid Ads & Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Location: On-Site Only About the Role Erply is hiring an on-site Digital Marketing Specialist to help run our paid ads, SEO work, and landing page production. Responsibilities • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads • Set up and maintain tracking (GA + Tag Manager) • Run keyword research for paid and organic • Review search terms and apply negatives • Test ads and landing pages (A/B testing) • Build and update landing pages in our low-code tool • Polish copy and assist with content creation • Create simple graphics when needed • Work with our developer when the page tool needs fixes • Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues Requirements • Experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads • Strong SEO understanding • Keyword research and optimization skills • Basic graphic design ability • Copywriting and content editing • Comfortable with low-code landing page tools • Able to work on-site and communicate clearly Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
