What You Will Do: • Develop, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to achieve Key performance Indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversions, and return on Investment (ROI) • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform paid ad strategies and maximize performance • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, providing regular reporting and actionable insights to optimize performance and achieve campaign objectives • Identify new opportunities for audience targeting, ad formats, and campaign optimization to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for paid ads, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand messaging • Cultivate and manage relationships with influencers and content creators to develop authentic partnerships that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales • Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, including terms, compensation, deliverables, and timelines • Track and measure the impact of influencer partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for future collaborations. • Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed
