We are looking for a Paid Ads Manager to join our team. As a Paid Ads Manager at Tayvio, you will be at the forefront of defining advertising strategies and managing marketing spend to meet ROI objectives. • Monitor industry best practices and share insights and knowledge with the team to continuously improve campaign performance. Requirements • Experience effectively managing a marketing budget to increase revenue and achieve a positive ROI is a must • 4 years of proven experience as a Paid Advertising Manager or similar role. • Proven track record in defining successful go-to-market strategies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment • Highly proactive and detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management abilities • HubSpot experience is a plus
