Paid Ads Manager

We are looking for a Paid Ads Manager to run Google Ads Campaigns including search and display, as well as paid social media ads campaigns including Facebook and Instagram. In this role, you should be able to strategically set up campaigns, optimize and monitor them as well as maintain budgets including ad spend, cost per conversion and cost per qualified lead. You should be well-versed in the principles of search engine marketing (SEM) strategy and paid social ad management. Job Responsibilities • Form effective paid search and paid social media ads strategies • Launch and optimize various PPC and social media ad campaigns • Oversee, manage and optimize client accounts on various platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads) • Be involved in keyword strategy, selection and audience targeting • Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI, cost per conversion and cost per qualified lead • Track and analyze KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues • Produce reports for account managers and clients (e.g. dashboards) • Write concise and effective copy that maximizes budgets and drives conversions • Suggest and develop new paid campaigns across multiple channels and mediums • Find ways to reduce risk of click fraud • Keep up-to-date on PPC and SEM trends • Have the ability to take initiative, stay organized and manage your own workload • Have the ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously with various ranges of ad spends/budgets Experience: • Google Analytics: 3 years (Preferred) • Google AdWords: 3 years (Preferred)
