About the Role Pump.co is hiring a Paid Ads Manager to lead and scale our performance marketing efforts across paid channels. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to build a world-class paid acquisition engine from the ground up. Responsibilities: • Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across channels like Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and others • Drive growth through full-funnel campaign execution, from awareness to conversion • Develop creative and messaging in collaboration with content, design, and sales teams • Build and manage testing frameworks (A/B tests, creative/ad copy experiments, audience testing) • Track performance metrics like CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and pipeline contribution • Continuously iterate on strategies based on data insights and business goals • Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, sales, and leadership to align on campaign goals • Explore new channels and experiments to uncover scalable growth opportunities • Ability to work 5 days a week in office Qualifications: • Have 3-5 years of experience in paid media, growth marketing, or performance marketing • Have managed large paid budgets and are confident in optimizing spend for efficiency and scale • Are highly analytical and metrics-driven (you live in dashboards and reports) • Have experience running campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc. Benefits (for U.S.-based full-time employees) • Comprehensive healthcare and dental coverage for you • 401(k) plan • Generous PTO: 13 accrued days, plus company shutdown December 24-January 1st • Free lunch & dinner at the office • Annual company-paid retreats • Developmental bonuses: support for professional development opportunities tied to cloud and related fields
