We’re hiring an experienced Paid Media Manager to lead paid advertising strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, DOOH, and other paid media platforms. If you’ve managed six and seven-figure ad budgets, improved ROAS, lowered CAC, and can confidently run full-funnel campaigns, we want you. Audience Building & Funnel Strategy • Create segmented audiences including lookalikes, remarketing lists, interest-based groups, and custom intent. Required • 5+ years managing Paid Search & Paid Social campaigns • Proven track record scaling eCommerce or high-growth brand ad accounts • Advanced experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads • Strong comfort with data analysis and performance reporting • Confident running six or seven-figure budgets across multiple brands • Strong copywriting skills for ad messaging • Comfortable managing multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines
