Position Overview We are looking for someone who understands paid social media advertising, creative testing, lead generation, and e-commerce sales. Responsibilities Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other platformsMonitor campaign performance, ROAS, cost per lead, cost per purchase, and conversion ratesTest different creatives, headlines, audiences, offers, and landing pagesWork with our team to create ad content, promotions, and campaign ideasAnalyze results and provide weekly reports with clear recommendationsImprove retargeting campaigns for website visitors, abandoned carts, and past customersHelp increase store traffic, online sales, leads, and overall brand awarenessStay updated on social media advertising trends and platform changesRequirements Experience running paid ads on Meta/Facebook and InstagramExperience with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or e-commerce advertising is a plusStrong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion trackingAbility to analyze campaign data and make decisions based on performanceCreative mindset with an understanding of what makes ads performStrong communication and organization skillsExperience with Shopify, furniture, retail, or home goods is a plusIdeal Candidate You are not just someone who “boosts posts.” You understand how to build campaigns, test creatives, track results, and improve performance.
