Valyou Furniture is a fast-growing furniture company in Hawaii focused on stylish, affordable, and trend-forward home furniture. We are looking for a strong Paid Ads Manager who can help us increase online and in-store sales through high-performing social media campaigns.

Position Overview
We are looking for someone who understands paid social media advertising, creative testing, lead generation, and e-commerce sales. This person will be responsible for managing and improving our paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other digital channels.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, organized, and understands how to turn ad spend into real sales.

Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other platformsMonitor campaign performance, ROAS, cost per lead, cost per purchase, and conversion ratesTest different creatives, headlines, audiences, offers, and landing pagesWork with our team to create ad content, promotions, and campaign ideasAnalyze results and provide weekly reports with clear recommendationsImprove retargeting campaigns for website visitors, abandoned carts, and past customersHelp increase store traffic, online sales, leads, and overall brand awarenessStay updated on social media advertising trends and platform changesRequirements

Experience running paid ads on Meta/Facebook and InstagramExperience with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or e-commerce advertising is a plusStrong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion trackingAbility to analyze campaign data and make decisions based on performanceCreative mindset with an understanding of what makes ads performStrong communication and organization skillsExperience with Shopify, furniture, retail, or home goods is a plusIdeal Candidate
You are not just someone who “boosts posts.” You understand how to build campaigns, test creatives, track results, and improve performance. You are comfortable working with numbers, but also understand branding, visuals, and customer behavior.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
