This person will take ownership of paid media across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms, with a strong focus on lead generation and campaign performance.The ideal candidate is experienced in tools likeHubSpot, Google Analytics, and Wix, and understands how to track and connect campaigns across the entire marketing funnel.Responsibilities:Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.Manage ad budgets efficiently and continuously seek ways to improve ROAS and reduce CPL/CPA.Create and test copy, creatives, and audience targeting strategies to drive better engagement and conversions.Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics, pixels, and custom events.Integrate ad campaigns with HubSpot workflows for lead nurturing and segmentation.Analyze campaign metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score, and generate performance reports.Collaborate with the team to improve Wix landing pages and ensure a smooth user experience.Propose and implement ongoing strategies to scale lead acquisition and campaign efficiency.Requirements:2+ years of experience managing Google Ads and social media ad campaigns.Proven track record using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot.Familiarity with website platforms like Wix, WordPress.Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.Ability to work independently and make performance-based decisions.Experience in B2B lead generation is a plus.Good written and verbal English communication skills.Nice to Have (Not Required):Experience with tools like SpyFu, SEMrush, or similar.Basic HTML/CSS knowledge to assist with landing page edits.Background in financial services or fintech industries.Seniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
