A key role for a Paid Ads Specialist is needed to oversee and refine paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities • Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google PPC, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and display networks • Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement • Generate at least 10 marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) per month by the end of Q4 in order to meet performance expectations Required Qualifications • Demonstrated experience managing paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and display networks • Broad analytical skills coupled with a proven history of enhancing ROI and campaign performance through experimentation • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies including conversion rate optimization (CRO) All applicants should be familiar or have experience working within HubSpot CRM or similar platforms
