A company is looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google PPC, 6Sense, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities Generate a minimum of 10+ marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) per month by Q4 2025 Required Qualifications Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and display networks Hands-on expertise with 6Sense intent-based targeting and workflows Strong analytical skills with a history of improving ROI and campaign performance Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar marketing platforms
