Paid Ads Specialist

As a Part Time Paid Ads Specialist, you will oversee a portfolio of various Ads accounts. • Create budgeting plans and proposals for potential clients • Campaign optimization • Tag for conversions • Manage monthly Google Ads / Facebook Ads budgets • Analyze and report recommendations for improvement to client managers and leadership • Develop and implement new campaign strategies • Strategize ways to improve campaign performance • Consult with SEO account managers to synchronize efforts • Coordinate fulfillment of campaign requirements with other respective departments • Stay current on the latest Paid Ads trends • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Organized with strong time management skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines • A competitive nature and passion for marketing • A thorough understanding of current google ads techniques with an interest in continuing education and improvement • 1+ years of Experience running Google Search or Display ads • Google Ads Certified • Other duties as needed Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Paid time off • Referral program Work Location: In person
