About the RoleWe’re seeking a Paid Media Specialist with a strong foundation in paid search and social advertising to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and performance optimization across multiple platforms. You’ll work directly with clients and internal teams to drive results, uncover opportunities, and deliver clear, actionable insights.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and LinkedInMonitor campaign performance and continuously improve KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion ratesAnalyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growthPrepare and present monthly performance reports to clients, highlighting wins and strategic recommendations Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practicesCollaborate with internal teams to align paid media strategies with broader marketing initiativesMaintain strong, professional communication with clients and team members

QualificationsGoogle Ads certification and/or 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaignsExperience managing paid social campaigns on Meta and LinkedInSolid understanding of conversion tracking, analytics tools, and system integrations (such as CallRail, GA4, GTM, Click Up, Google and Meta Ad Platforms)Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendationsHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProactive problem-solver with a solutions-oriented mindset
