We're hiring a Paid Ads Specialist to take ownership of the platforms that drive client growth. If you live in Ads Manager, get a little too excited about a 3X ROAS, and can defend a campaign decision with data — keep reading.

The Role

This is a part-time, in-office position based at our Augusta, GA headquarters. You'll work directly alongside our CEO and pod leads, owning paid media execution across our client roster. We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of hands-on experience who can run accounts independently from day one. Start date: ASAP.

What You'll Own

Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across:Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube)Meta (Facebook + Instagram)TikTok AdsLinkedIn AdsMicrosoft/Bing AdsTranslate client goals into media plans, budgets, and KPIs — then hit themWrite and test ad copy that converts (with creative team support on visuals)Build audiences, manage retargeting, and run structured A/B testingOwn conversion tracking setup: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, CAPI, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, offline conversion importsPull weekly/monthly reporting that tells a story, not just dumps numbersRecommend budget shifts, scale wins, and kill losers fastStay current on platform changes, beta features, and policy updatesCollaborate with pod leads on creative strategy and landing page optimizationWhat You Bring

3-5 years of hands-on paid media experience — agency or multi-client preferredDemonstrated experience managing live budgets across Google Ads AND Meta at minimum; familiarity with TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads strongly preferredProven track record running campaigns from strategy through optimization — you've built accounts from scratch, not just inherited themSolid grasp of GA4, conversion tracking, UTM hygiene, and pixel troubleshootingStrong written communication — you can explain "why CPC went up this week" to a client without making their eyes glaze overAnalytical brain — you reach for data before opinionsSelf-management: you can run an account end-to-end without being chasedComfortable working in-office and collaborating face-to-face with the teamBonus Points
