Paid Ads Specialist

We're a lean, fast-growing team, and we need a Paid Ads Specialist who can build and manage campaigns that drive real, measurable leads for our clients.The Role We're hiring a full-time, remote Paid Ads Specialist (Meta + Google) to own paid media strategy and execution across our client portfolio. You'll build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Local Services Ads, and Meta — owning performance from budget to booked job. Set up and manage Google Ads (Search, PMax), Local Services Ads, and Meta campaigns for home services clients across multiple markets.Optimize for performance. Monitor spend, CPL, and lead quality daily; adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and creative to hit client cost-per-lead targets.Own tracking and reporting.
