We’re looking for an experienced and highly skilled Lead Generator specializing in Paid Ads on a contract basis to lead and execute our paid advertising efforts across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. This is a remote position, open to candidates with a strong track record in B2B lead generation who can hit the ground running—no training wheels needed. This position has the potential to convert to a full-time employee. Contract Duration: 6 months Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Paid Ads and LinkedIn Ads • Proven success in B2B lead generation • Ability to manage campaigns independently from strategy to execution • Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar CRMs • Excellent communication skills and a data-driven mindset
