Job Summary: This role is key in replacing our agency spend with smarter, in-house growth execution. Key Responsibilities • Conduct audits of current ad performance to identify inefficiencies and missed opportunities • Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant platforms • Strategize and test full-funnel ad campaigns — from cold to retargeting • Build compelling ad creatives in collaboration with the design team.
