Paid Ads Specialist (Social & Search) GrowthAssistant is seeking a Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize performance-driven paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads platforms. This role involves ensuring campaigns deliver results in international markets, particularly Vietnam and Brazil, while managing creative assets, monitoring audience interactions, and generating actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years of experience in paid acquisition or digital marketing, proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, strong analytical skills, and expertise in Excel.
