About Olympus We’re seeking a Paid Ads Specialist to help operate and scale our advertising services across Meta, Google, and other platforms. This role is focused on execution, optimization, and performance — not fluff, not guesswork. What You’ll Do • Build and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google • Optimize creatives, audiences, and budgets • Monitor performance and adjust campaigns accordingly • Collaborate on ad strategy and messaging • Provide clear performance reporting and insights • Help refine Olympus ad frameworks as we scale Who This Is For • You understand paid ads as both art and math • You’re comfortable testing, learning, and iterating • You value transparency and performance • You can work independently within a system
