Paid Ads Specialist (Digital Marketing)

Bedrock Digital is hiring an experienced Paid Ads Specialist to join our team in El Paso, TX. This is a fully in-person position for someone who has a strong background in digital advertising and understands how to manage campaigns that generate real leads, appointments, and business growth for clients. Minimum 3 years of experience running paid ads Experience managing paid ads for businesses, agencies, or clients Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads Experience with lead generation campaigns Understanding of funnels, retargeting, conversion tracking, and optimization Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-based decisions Strong attention to detail Good communication and organization skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines Must be able to work fully in person at our El Paso office Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Basic knowledge of SEO, websites, landing pages, or CRM systems is a plus Experience working with local service businesses, healthcare, dental, home services, or B2B clients Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, or CRM tracking Experience creating reports and explaining campaign performance clearly Experience improving cost per lead and campaign conversion rates Bedrock Digital is a growing digital marketing agency that helps businesses build stronger websites, improve their online presence, and generate more leads through paid ads, SEO, social media, and web design.
