As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Paid Ads Specialist to join our Marketing team at our Franklin, TN headquarters and help drive client acquisition across our network of veterinary hospitals. You will play a key role in optimizing performance across multiple platforms while collaborating closely with creative and marketing partners to ensure campaigns are both effective and aligned with business goals. Campaign Management & Optimization: Facilitate the transition of paid advertising campaigns in-house, ensuring a seamless handoff and continued performance optimization Own the day-to-day management and optimization of paid ad campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram Analyze campaign performance data and implement strategic adjustments to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversions Conduct A/B testing and explore new media channels to identify opportunities for growth Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates, implementing best practices to keep campaigns innovative and impactful
