Responsibilities: • Working with the Agency Marketing Manger, develop and execute paid ad strategies aligned with company objectives • Build and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and budget allocation • Create ad copy, basic visuals, and A/B test variations • Monitor and analyze campaign performance; provide actionable insights and optimizations • Deliver regular reports on spend, performance, ROI, and recommendations • Stay up to date with platform updates and best practices Audit + Launch Project ScopePhase 1: Audit • Review existing ad accounts (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc. • Monitor performance (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversions).
