Description In this role, you'll develop and execute cross-channel digital advertising campaigns that drive results for our clients across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and additional platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and Microsoft Ads. Responsibilities • Build, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, PMax) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) • Develop platform-specific ad strategies tailored to client objectives (lead gen, eCommerce, awareness) • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and internal tracking systems • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce effective creatives and test variants • Create and implement tracking strategies (pixels, conversion events, UTMs, GA4 goals) • Stay up to date on trends, beta features, and platform changes; bring fresh ideas to the table • Present campaign strategies and results to clients in clear, compelling ways • Help guide budget allocation and pacing decisions to meet performance targets • Contribute to media planning and funnel strategy in collaboration with other GTU team members • Occasionally assist with onboarding new clients or helping set up accounts and tracking Basic Qualifications • 3+ years of experience running paid media campaigns, preferably in an agency or freelance setting • Strong proficiency with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max) • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and other social platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
