Position Overview We're seeking a Digital Marketing & AI Specialist to join our team in-office in San Diego. The ideal candidate has experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or digital marketing—or is highly motivated to learn. ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising Assist with the creation and management of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns Assist with Google Ads campaign management and optimization Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and conversions Conduct audience research and targeting Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and campaigns Prepare performance reports and recommendations AI & Emerging Technology Utilize AI tools to improve marketing workflows and efficiency Research and test new AI platforms and technologies Develop AI-assisted systems for content creation, reporting, and automation Stay up-to-date on advancements in AI marketing and automation Digital Marketing Support SEO initiatives and keyword research Assist with website updates and content optimization Support email marketing campaigns Analyze marketing data and performance metrics Assist with social media and content strategy Team Collaboration Work closely with account managers and leadership Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning Bring new ideas and solutions to the team Help improve internal processes and client results QualificationsPreferred Experience Experience with Meta Ads Manager Experience with Google Ads Digital marketing experience Marketing agency experience (preferred but not required) Hospitality or restaurant marketing experience (a plus) AI Experience We're specifically looking for candidates who are already comfortable using AI tools in their daily workflow and understand how to build command and skills.
