Sometimes you'll collaborate with teammates, other times you'll own an account independently, so adaptability and accountability are key.Because many of our clients engage in multiple digital services, this role requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to detail when managing projects, performance tracking, and reporting through Teamwork, our project management platform.What You'll Be DoingServe as the primary point of contact for assigned advertising clients, building long-term relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and measurable results.Develop and manage cross-channel paid advertising strategies aligned with clients' business goals and campaign objectives.Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, Looker Studio, and other industry-standard tools.Collaborate with internal team members when needed to ensure timely execution of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.Lead monthly and quarterly client check-ins to review performance, present insights, and make data-driven recommendations.Create clear, actionable reports that translate performance metrics into meaningful insights and opportunities for growth.Identify opportunities for budget optimization, audience targeting refinement, ad copy/creative testing, and account structure improvements to continuously improve results.Manage and monitor conversion tracking, integrations (Google Tag Manager, Analytics, CRM connections), bids, budgets, impression share, quality scores, and other key account metrics.Analyze campaign results with consideration for seasonality, historical data, and market conditions, making proactive recommendations to clients.Stay current on advertising trends, platform updates, and emerging tools or technologies, applying best practices to client accounts.Explore and responsibly apply AI-driven tools to improve campaign management, reporting efficiency, and performance analysis, while ensuring human oversight and strategic input.What We're Looking For3+ years of hands-on paid advertising management in Google Ads 3+ years of hands-on paid advertising management in social platforms (experience with Meta & LinkedIn are required).Prior client-facing experience in a digital marketing role (agency experience strongly preferred).Proven success managing accounts independently while also collaborating in a team environment.Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.Experience with Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) reporting preferred.Google Ads certification a plus (or willingness to obtain).Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation.Highly organized with strong time management skills (time tracking is a requirement at Results Repeat).Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-changing industry.Attention to detail in campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting.Compensation & BenefitsThis is a full-time, remote position with a flexible work environment and a supportive, team-first culture.
