About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced SEM Director to join our team and lead our Paid Search Marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities • Oversee a portfolio of clients, managing multiple complex paid search programs and ensuring client satisfaction with SEM performance and support • Develop and execute search strategies that integrate paid search with audience and cross-channel initiatives to deliver cohesive campaigns • Lead process improvements across testing, measurement studies, audience targeting, audits, QA, and account excellence strategies • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure integration with PMG teams and deliver seamless full-funnel marketing strategies About You We are looking for a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in paid search, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and 4+ years of leadership experience. You should have expertise in overseeing large-scale paid search campaigns, advanced knowledge of cross-channel integration, and experience implementing process improvements.
