We are seeking a Paid Media Director to join our team who can develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple channels. This individual will be responsible for managing large-scale budgets and mentoring the team. Main Accountabilities: • Optimize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and lead generation for assigned clients differentiating between Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated digital marketing strategies • Present campaign strategies, performance reports, and recommendations to stakeholders or clients • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other platforms Necessary Skills and Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn required • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills
