About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Paid Advertising Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing teams of 10+ Paid Media practitioners and experience with navigating, servicing and growing enterprise-level Paid Media engagements. Key responsibilities include leading a team of Associate Directors in the execution of innovative campaigns for mid-level and enterprise SaaS and Tech companies, improving and approving strategies for paid media clients that result in clients exceeding their goals, providing leadership support in pitching new business and growing clients, understanding changes to the marketplace and industry and adjusting client Paid Media strategies accordingly, and overseeing department budget including staffing and resource requirements like capacity planning and maintaining healthy margins. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic performance-marketing mindset for B2B, a clear point of view on what is needed to drive performance success and curiosity for what's ahead in the Paid Media industry for B2B SaaS and Tech organizations, particularly LinkedIn, Programmatic, Google Ads and Review Sites.
