About the Role Your Responsibilities • Lead the training and development of the Media team (20%) • Manage and mentor a team of Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic Leads (3 Managers) • Work with our delivery team to fulfill campaign implementation and optimizations for our largest enterprise-level clients (50%) • Actively involved in campaign planning, implementation, performance analysis, and optimization on critical accounts • Work closely with social, organic, and content teams to identify cross-channel opportunities and performance benefits
