Ensure Client/Partner Success: • Independently and autonomously manage assigned tasks for your primary book of business and brand/industry by being mindful of the task's intent, meticulously attending to execution details, allowing time to address questions or roadblocks, and ensuring alignment with the priorities set by the Partner Success team and Paid Advertising Director. • Think strategically and act as a sounding board for the Paid Advertising Director as necessary, always respectfully reject any course of action that would lead to inferior results for clients/partners. Assist with client/partner calls and up-sells alongside the Account Executive/Account Director • Develop Best Practices, tests, and strategy for client/partners to determine better processes or strategies for your book of business and industry. • Assist the Paid Advertising Director, Account Director, and Sales team in communicating ChoiceLocal’s strategy to the client’s corporate team/partners. • Proficient with digital advertising tools and platforms, project management software, and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Basecamp).
