This role is pivotal in driving growth through the strategic management of paid advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok. Key Responsibilities: • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Oversee end-to-end campaign management, focusing on delivering conversions while maintaining efficient cost-per-acquisition (CPA). • Audience and Funnel Development: Develop niche and broad audience strategies tailored to US market demographics, implement retargeting campaigns for maximum efficiency, and ensure cohesive messaging across the funnel. • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Produce regular performance reports highlighting learnings, wins, and opportunities, analyze customer journey data to identify drop-offs and optimize conversion paths, and provide actionable insights to leadership to inform future strategy. Requirements: • 1-4+ years' experience running high-budget Meta and TikTok campaigns, ideally in healthcare or regulated industries.
