Location: Remote Type: Freelance / Contract Hours: Flexible (project-based with room to grow) We’re seeking a results-driven Paid Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize paid media campaigns for both our agency and our clients. You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to turn strong messaging into high-performing campaigns. Key Responsibilities • Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads • Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting aligned with campaign objectives • Optimize PPC campaigns through bid strategies, creative testing, and budget allocation • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and related tools • Implement and troubleshoot tracking via Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels, and events • Manage media budgets efficiently, ensuring spend aligns with performance goals • Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices to improve landing page and funnel performance • Collaborate with creative, SEO, and strategy teams to align paid efforts with broader marketing initiatives • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to continuously improve results Why Work With Us • Flexible, remote freelance role • Opportunity to work across diverse brands and industries • Collaborative, fast-moving agency environment • Room to grow into a long-term or expanded role as the agency scales
