What You’ll Do

Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram)Own budgets and pacing across multiple accounts and showroom locationsOptimize for ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate through bid strategy, audience targeting, and creative testingManage product feeds in Google Merchant Center and Meta CatalogRun local and geo-targeted campaigns to drive foot traffic to showroomsBuild and maintain tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion APIsWork with our design and e-commerce teams on ad creative, landing pages, and promotionsReport weekly and monthly on performance, with clear recommendationsWhat We’re Looking For

2+ years managing paid search and paid social campaigns, ideally in e-commerce or retailHands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads ManagerStrong working knowledge of GA4, GTM, and attributionComfortable with spreadsheets and analyzing performance dataOrganized, proactive, and able to manage several campaigns at onceGoogle Ads or Meta certifications are a plusBenefits
