As a Paid Advertising Strategist, you will be responsible for owning the execution, performance, and growth of campaigns within your book of business. • You will manage client budgets and/or advise on budget changes based on your expertise. Responsibilities include: • Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social & paid media native platforms • Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Youtube Ads, Bing Ads • Effectively executing builds and production A-Z with redundancy across channels; facilitating production with Specialists on teams where applicable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): • $9.5k team-member EBITDA • Maintain below 10% Client Churn Rate • 5-7 Accounts 1-2 years in agency setting • Minimum 2 years of experience with Direct Response marketing; specifically in E-Commerce, Lead Gen or B2B • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s) • Proficiency in Google Analytics
