As the Paid Advertising Strategist, you are responsible for owning the execution, performance, and growth of campaigns within your book of business. As the Strategist, you are excellent at providing insights and forward-thinking strategy to clients on an ongoing basis, and have a strong understanding of your service's strategy and the levers to pull to drive performanceResponsibilities: Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social & paid media native platformsMeta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Youtube Ads, Bing AdsEffectively executing builds and production A-Z with redundancy across channels; facilitating production with Specialists on teams where applicableLead execution of optimizations with regards to performance improvements relative to goalsManage all client budgets and/or advise on budget changes based on your expertiseEffectively own strategic communication internally for client teamsProactive internal communication with team on performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items; facilitating tactical needs with Specialist where applicableWeekly client progress recaps, outlining performance insights and future recommendationsExcellent marketing and business strategy acumenComplete understanding of the marketing funnel and how to execute via paid social and paid mediaFull understanding of the eCommerce model and lead gen strategiesAbility to navigate roadblocks and adapt strategy to changes in landscape to achieve desired resultsOwnership of performance reporting and strategy communicationExecute performance reporting A-Z with excellent presentation creation capabilitiesAbility to leverage data to tell a story and articulate results to clients and key stakeholders with clear next stepsEmploy AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processesUtilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your departmentRole Requirements: Excellence in channel production and account performanceCross-channel collaborationInternal communicationPower Digital's people and culture are at the core of our success, which is why diversity in our team's backgrounds and experiences are paramount.
