Job Description The Paid Advertising Team Lead will be responsible for managing a multi-person team, overseeing the execution of paid search strategies across a dedicated portfolio of clients, and driving business growth through effective channel management. Key Responsibilities: • Set client strategy while empowering direct reports to deliver on client business goals and fulfill SOW requirements • Employ a mix of channel innovation, process improvement, and tactical management to mitigate internal/external risks • Understand client portfolios and SOWs/stakeholders to push strategic account growth initiatives • Work with senior channel managers or media directors to nurture potential clients through the sales process, including RFP prep and pitch-work • Develop direct reports and their larger teams through traditional and skip-level management, as well as application of Rise tools such as weekly performance reviews Requirements: • 3-5 years of PPC specific experience, with additional SEO experience preferred • Experience building media plans and determining budget allocation using different forecasting methodologies • Demonstrated experience managing PPC strategy for large dedicated clients and/or partially dedicated accounts with minimum $1mm in spend per year • Demonstrated experience developing and managing up to a 4 person team • Experience building pitch decks and pitching potential new business or upsell opportunities • Significant experience with Excel and building roll-up reporting on team KPIs • Advanced level understanding of paid search tactics and associated ad tech platforms • Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills Benefits: Rise offers a competitive annualized salary range of $76,900-$95,000, based on variations in knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions.
